TUBE® is the interoperability technology powering our suite of products.

Originally a design effort as part of a doctorate research thesis, the practical implementation of the design was conceived under the working acronym U.B.E. - "Ubiquitous Broker Environment". Soon after, one of the developers nicknamed "The U.B.E" TUBE for short. The name stuck.

Today, the technology represents a paradigm shift in the area of disparate system communications. In tribute to the technology's inventor - Dr. Richard Slamkovic - the technology is known to this day as TUBE®. Having evolved over many years and iterations, as we have grown the technology has grown with us. What was conceived as a single integration tool now powers an entire family of innovative tools. The codebase of most underlying TUBE® runtime services is so stable, extensions are now seldom required - even when dealing with challenging protocols such as LDAP.

What does all this mean to you, the customer? You can rest assured that our technology is mature; and with maturity has come speed, efficiency and reliability. Most important of all, it works.
